How do I change from a monthly membership to an annual membership and vice versa?

To upgrade from monthly to annual:

1. 1. Log in to your account on our website 
   2. In the upper right corner dropdown menu, click on the Profile Icon, and click “Account”
   3. Then, select “Billing & Membership”
   4. To upgrade, click “Change Membership”
   5. Change your membership selection to “Annual” and click “Proceed” 
   6. Click “Confirm Change”
    Once confirmed, the change will take effect immediately, and you will be refunded the remainder of your current month.

To downgrade from Annual to monthly:

1. 1. Log in to your account on our website 
   2. In the upper right corner dropdown menu, click on the Profile Icon, and click “Account”
   3. Then, select “Billing & Membership”
   4. To upgrade, click “Change Membership”
   5. Change your membership selection to “Monthlyl” and click “Proceed” 
   6. Click “Confirm Change”

3. Once confirmed, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note this must take place prior to your annual renewal.
