If you are a current subscriber, you can apply a promo code by going to your billing tab in your account settings.
- Log into your account on our website.
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “View Profile”.
- Navigate to the “Billing” tab.
- Choose 'JOIN NOW'.
- Select the appropriate membership type for the promotion and click 'SUBSCRIBE NOW'. This action will take you to the checkout page, and at the bottom, you will find a box to apply your promo code.
- Enter the promo code and click APPLY. Upon applying, you should see the discount reflected in the total.
- Once applied, click 'JOIN NOW' to activate your membership.
If you’re experiencing issues with redeeming a promo code please check for the following:
- You are selecting the appropriate subscription option (eg. if the promo code is for a monthly membership be sure you are selecting monthly as your subscription type).
- You must press the “Redeem” button after submitting the promo code to apply it to checkout
- You have to put in billing information before you try to apply the promo code
You will not be able to apply a promo if your subscription is set to cancel. If you are running into any issues, double-check that the subscription is not set to cancel first. Promos also cannot be applied while you are on an active promo. If you are currently using a promo you will have to wait for that promotion cycle to finish before you can apply a new one.
