If you're an existing Monthly Member who signed up through our website and would like to upgrade to an Annual Membership, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website
- In the upper right corner drop-down menu, click on the Profile Icon, and click “Account”
- Then, select “Billing & Membership”
- To upgrade, click “Change Membership”
- Change your membership selection to “Annual” and click “Proceed” to enter the promo code
- Click “Have a code to redeem?”
- Enter promo code JOIN in the promo code box and hit “Apply”
- Click “Confirm Change”
Important: Please note, it may take the system a few minutes to reflect the membership change. Web upgrades take effect immediately, so you will be refunded the prorated amount from your current month and charged immediately for your new discounted annual membership.
Manage Membership via Apple App Store
If you're an existing Monthly Member who signed up through the Apple Store and would like to upgrade to an Annual Membership, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on the MWH iOS App
- Tap the profile icon (My MWH) in the upper right-hand corner
- Tap the Settings Wheel in the upper right-hand corner
- Select “Billing & Membership”
- Tap “Redeem Code”
- Enter the code in the box: JOIN
- Tap “Redeem”
Important: Your annual plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. To ensure everything is set up correctly, please complete the following steps:
- Go to your phone's Settings.
- Tap your name at the very top of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions.
- Select MWH.
