Community is a new feature on our platform designed to help MWH members connect with each other and with Melissa. It provides a space to stay consistent, committed, and most importantly, connected.
You can choose from the groups listed below and join the ones that best fit your interests! Engage with the community by posting, adding photos, and commenting to stay connected with Melissa and fellow members.
Groups to Choose From:
- Messages from Melissa – A special group where all members are automatically included. Melissa will share posts, and members can participate by asking questions and providing feedback.
- All Members – A space where all MWH members can connect and engage.
- Beginners – A welcoming space for those new to MWH or getting back into movement.
- Moms – A safe space for us all to dive deeper and to help each other get to our mat—we’re all in this together.
- Brides – A group for brides to connect, find inspiration, and stay motivated.
You can access our new Community feature on both the app and website by following these steps:
- On the App: Navigate to the Home Page and tap the icon in the top right (
), next to your profile.
- On the Website:
- Click on your profile icon.
- A dropdown menu will appear.
- Select "Community."
